Tuningparts

Tuning parts are special parts that you can hook on to your vehicle to give yourself an edge in Adventure or Cup Racing. They have varying effects and each part can be upgraded multiple times.

15 vehicles has a total of 3 slots for tuning parts while other 16 vehicles has a total of 4 slots for tuning parts. You begin with one slot, with the second and third unlocked at Vehicle Power 36 and 106 respectively. For the fourth tuning part slot, you have to unlock the 4th Mastery for other 16 vehicles.

Note: Not all the vehicles can have all tuning parts. For example, vehicles with roofs (Except for the CC-EV) doesn't have the rollcage part. You can obtain Tuning parts in Chests, Daily Tasks, Public Events, Team Events, Trove Chests, Community Showcase, buying them in the Shop, or through the Trophy Road.

Parts list

Tuning Part Icon Description Rarity Most useful tasks
Magnet Collect fuel and coins with wider radius. Common It helps to collect Coins and Fuel without directly going through their path.
Heavyweight Increase the amount of damage dealt to breakable objects. Common Breaking Objects for time bonus, or Air-time penalty tracks.
Wings Glide in air. Common Long jumps and/or to increase speed.
Rollcage Protect driver from hits. Common For ceilings or other instances where hitting your head is common.
Air Control Turn faster in the air. Common Flips for tasks, moon stunt tracks to increase coin count, or on flip tracks for more time bonus.
Winter Tires Increased overall grip with special bonus on snow and icy surfaces. Common Used on snowy adventure maps, climbing steep hills, and even improving acceleration in Cups.
Start Boost Active rocket booster on perfect start. Rare Used to increase acceleration at the start of a Cup race. Can't be used in Adventure!
Wheelie Boost Power boost on wheelies. Rare Wheelie Events, Adventure maps with hills, or in Time Trial maps to set up for a long airtime and/or increase speed.
Fume Boost Power boost when fuel is low. Note: This part can't be activated when the vehicle is performing an airtime and/or while driving backwards on the map. Rare Adventure and Team Event maps with big gaps between fuels, or Time Trial maps with flat roofs, usually combined with Thrusters.
Flip Boost Power boost after successful flips. Rare Flip or Stunt tracks where many flips are possible, or in Time Trial maps to set up for an Overcharged Turbo.
Jump Shocks Jump up in the air. NOTE: Tap both pedals to activate! Rare Used in every game mode to cushion or start jumps and is paired with most parts.
Landing Boost Power boost on a perfect landing after a big air. Epic Pushes the vehicle forward and maintains/increases speed, and is often paired with Jump Shocks.
Overcharged Turbo Charge turbo at maximum pressure for a power boost. Epic Used in every game mode to give giant boosts over large pits/gaps/hills, or just to increase speed.
Afterburner Power boost with higher fuel consumption. Epic Used in public events, cups and Time Trials to increase power output and/or jump length. Not used in adventure as it triples fuel consumption during acceleration.
Spoiler Increased downforce while in the air. Effect is lost if part gets detached. Epic Used in maps with lots of roofs, No Air-Time Public and Team Event tracks to keep the vehicle on the ground, or on Time Trial maps that allow huge airtimes to quickly reach terminal velocity.
Thrusters Fly through the air (or space). NOTE: Activate by pressing both pedals down! Legendary Used to increase jump height/length and/or to speed up vehicle, to drain fuel to activate Fume Boost on some Time Trial maps, or to avoid and fly over deadly pits in Adventure.
Fuel Boost Power boost on collected fuel canister. Legendary Used in Cups, Time Trials, and 2km extra fuel events to speed up the vehicle and increase jump length. Not used in adventure because fuels are rare.
Coin Boost Power boost when collecting coins. Legendary Used in every game mode to get a short speed boost to help climb hills, jump over pits, increase speed, and it can be activated when out of fuel in Adventure (although is not very effective).
Nitro Charge on perfect start and excess fuel. Activate with a button. Legendary Punch it! When you need a burst of unrestrained speed, you can always count on a haphazardly attached tank full of highly explosive gas. This tuning part comes with its own button for custom activation!
Fuel Magnet
HCR2-Red Magnet
Most likely only pushes fuel towards your car. Unused Overpowered with fuel boost and coin boost combo. Is an alternative to magnet!

Super Tuning Parts

Super Tuning Parts are a variant of Tuning Parts with double the power of a normal Tuning Part. This applies to every single Tuning Part, no matter the rarity. They will first appear in the Super Parts Bros public event, where players can drive fixed vehicles with Super Parts.
